Organization Director Staff - R&D Unit

Team member of EHT's R&D and Innovation Business Unit and staff of the Organization Director.

He has worked in the reporting of R&D projects and subsidized finance projects from regional, national and European funds.

She is currently in charge of planning activities to research teams, managing their budgets and optimizing their management so that projects are completed efficiently and resources are used optimally.

In addition, in the role of Organizational Staff, she assists and supports the business organization manager in the implementation of the project Organization and action plans for the acquisition of new skills and continuous improvement.
