The C.I.P.A.E. is a consortium between artisan and industrial companies and in 1987 was established as a Cooperative in the construction and service sectors.

Nowadays it is associated with around 100 companies, divided into, construction, restorers, earthmoving, electrician, and thermo-plumbing installers, painters, artisan companies that work iron also for metal carpentry, and aluminum, gardening companies, and cleaning companies.
